Colliers is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Office Space Fit-Out projects on a national basis. You will serve as the on-site SME, coordinating architecture, MEP, AV, IT, and security work with owners, design teams, and contractors to deliver facilities programs.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in project/construction management, strong planning and scheduling skills, and deep experience with tenant improvements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Seasoned experience in fit-out, AV installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret schedule data and communicate solutions.
• Proficient with MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Word and SharePoint.

Responsabilités

• Owner/Client interface and main point of contact.
• Lead on-site construction activities for office/industrial capital projects; emphasize MEP work.
• Lead planning and programming to integrate facilities components into design and execution.
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into docs.
• Manage RFIs and ensure written approvals and changes.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings; maintain agendas and minutes.
• Oversee budget/milestones and document changes for audits.
• RFP generation, interviewing and award recommendations.
