Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced on-site project manager for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out and related amenities. You will act as the SME on client sites, drive planning, programming, and execution, with emphasis on MEP coordination, finishes, and integrated IT/Security planning.

Responsibilities include leading stakeholder communications, RFIs, budget and schedule management, and collaboration with architects, procurement, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Experience with Office Space Fit-Out installations and FF&E.
• Familiarity with MEP, AV, IT and Security in design and construction phases.
• Strong scheduling and cost control understanding with data-driven reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Own/Client interface and lead project design team relationships as the main contact.
• Oversee on-site construction activities for office/industrial capital projects with strong MEP focus.
• Lead planning and programming to incorporate facilities operational components into designs.
• Plan IT, Security and A/V equipment and integrate into documents.
• Coordinate RFIs and ensure written approval flows with stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, set agendas, maintain project directories and action items.
• Manage budget, milestones, changes, and value-engineering discussions.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, procurement, and general contractors.
