Job summary
Grafana Cloud is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the customer-facing product expert. This remote-first role supports global growth by educating prospects and customers through demos, enablement, and technical evaluations.
You’ll partner with the Sales team to qualify and close opportunities, delivering credible product talk and hands-on guidance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical pre-sales, exceptional written and spoken communication, and a strong technical mindset.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for remote teams and global customers.
- Strong ability to articulate value propositions and technical advantages.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition to customers.
- Own the technical engagement and help close complex opportunities with credibility and knowledge.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Communicate feedback on products and competitive landscape to internal teams.
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
- Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create enablement content.
