Job summary

Grafana, a remote-first company, seeks a Solutions Engineer to educate potential and existing customers, enabling successful adoption of Grafana Cloud and related observability solutions. You will partner with Sales to close complex opportunities, deliver technical demos, and translate customer needs into actionable solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in pre-sales, strong communication, and a passion for Open Source tech.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical pre-sales or solution engineering.
Strong written and verbal communication for remote teams and global customers.
Ability to listen, ask questions, and translate needs into Grafana solutions.
Comfort delivering product and technical demos to diverse audiences.
Willingness to work from Spain and collaborate across time zones.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value, vision, and strategy to customers.
Own technical engagement and help close complex opportunities with credibility.
Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
Provide feedback on products and competitive landscape to internal teams.
Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
Contribute enablement content and public/private knowledge materials.
