Grafana is seeking a Solutions Engineer to enable global growth by educating customers and ensuring success with Grafana Cloud. You will demonstrate technical value, deliver demos, and support sales through complex opportunities.

This remote role suits someone with 5+ years in technical pre-sales, preferably in Open Source or Metrics/Monitoring, and strong communication skills. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, producing enablement content and helping customers leverage

Formación

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Be open to various and complex assignments requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.
• First-class written and oral communication skills for global, remote teams.
• Ability to articulate Grafana's value proposition and technical advantages of our products.
• Love solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions to customers.
• Technical mindset with a desire to grow technically.
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through knowledge and credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and competition.
• Drive product conversations based on customer need and problems.
• Help create enablement content like docs, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.
