Talent Pools.ai is partnering with a founder-led global software company to grow its business in the Netherlands. You will own the Netherlands like your own business: nurturing current customers, winning new ones, and deciding how to spend your marketing budget.

This is a senior, hands-on role where results are visible and career progression follows performance. You will build your pipeline, manage end-to-end deals around €30K/year and up, and lead conversations in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience selling subscription software (SaaS) with a track record of winning new business against a sales target.
• Experience closing deals worth €30K+ per year, managed from start to finish.
• Native Dutch and fluent English; based in the Netherlands.

Responsabilités

• Own the Netherlands end to end: grow the customer base and win new mid-sized and large companies.
• Build and manage a pipeline of ~100 target accounts each quarter; manage deals from first conversation to signed contract.
• Host client dinners, webinars, and events; be the main contact for customers in Dutch and English; coordinate with support and success teams.
