Qualifications

• Experience selling into highly complex organizations.
• Track record of consistent results and exceeding quota.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including presenting to C-level executives.
• Experience with solution selling and positioning value based on customer needs.
• A deep understanding of Git, software development tools, and application lifecycle management.
• Alignment with the company's values and an ability to work in accordance with them.
• Ability to travel when needed and comply with the company's travel policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead major accounts through pre- and post-sales processes.
• Coordinate across solutions architects, customer success, services, marketing, executives, partners, and channel.
• Prospect and develop opportunities in new and existing major accounts to meet or exceed quota.
• Use solution selling to address customer needs and build long-term partnerships.
• Develop account plans based on customer performance metrics and strategies.
• Discuss business needs and develop formal quotes, proposals, or presentations.
• Ensure rollout and adoption by coordinating pre- and post-sales resources.
• Learn industry and company positioning; share lessons with teams.
