SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the company\'s NERC CIP program, owning monitoring, audits, and evidence workflows with IT, cybersecurity, and operations collaboration.

The role emphasizes independent ownership, mentoring peers, and driving continuous CIP improvements across controls, policies, and reporting to support timely regulatory submissions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance, including ownership of initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; audit/self-certification experience.
• Ability to work independently and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO270001 (preferred).
• Technical knowledge of ICS/OT and security tools (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program.
• Lead development of policies, procedures, and controls aligned with CIP requirements.
• Manage the compliance task calendar and deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate audits, self-certifications, and spot checks.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning.
• Design evidence gathering strategies for CIP submissions.
• Mentor analysts and onboard new team members.
• Provide leadership updates on performance and risk.
