Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead and mature our NERC CIP compliance program.

You will own audits, documentation quality, and regulatory reporting, mentoring fellow analysts while driving CIP initiatives and collaboration across IT, cybersecurity, and operations. You will work with stakeholders to ensure CIP obligations are translated into actionable plans, manage evidence standards, and report program performance to leadership while advancing our compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of NERC CIP compliance experience with ownership of activities.
• Strong knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO270001 or similar standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program.
• Lead development and maintenance of CIP-aligned policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage compliance task calendar with timely deliverables and accountability.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, self-certifications, and spot checks.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning to closure.
• Design evidence-gathering strategies ensuring audit-ready documentation.
