Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP compliance program, including monitoring, audits, and regulatory reporting. The role offers autonomy under the Senior Program Manager, with mentorship to analysts and driving improvements across CIP standards.

The candidate will oversee evidence standards, risk assessments, remediation, and stakeholder collaboration with IT, cybersecurity, and operations to ensure audit-ready documentation and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/security.
• 7+ years of NERC CIP compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards.
• Ability to work independently and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO27001 (preferred).
• Technical knowledge of networks, ICS/OT (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication; regulator documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP program.
• Develop and maintain CIP policies and controls.
• Manage compliance task calendar and deliverables.
• Coordinate audits, self-certifications, and spot checks.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, remediation.
• Design evidence gathering strategies.
• Prepare program reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, OCC IT & Operators.
• Mentor analysts and onboard new team members.
