Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, monitor compliance, and drive audit readiness across teams. You will mentor analysts, coordinate evidence and remediation efforts, and report on program performance to leadership.

The role emphasizes independent ownership, strong documentation, and collaboration with IT, cybersecurity, and operations to ensure CIP obligations are met and regulatory requests are handled effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance and ownership of compliance initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; audit/self-certification experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, own initiatives end to end, and mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Lead development, maintenance, and execution of CIP-aligned policies, procedures and controls.
• Manage the compliance task calendar and ensure timely deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, self-certifications and spot checks; maintain evidence standards.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning through to closure.
• Design evidence-gathering strategies and support regulatory submissions or audits.
