Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the ongoing NERC CIP compliance program across the enterprise.

You will own monitoring, evidence management, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting while mentoring analysts and driving process improvements. The role requires deep CIP standards knowledge, independent ownership, and strong collaboration with IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure CIP obligations are met and regulatory inquiries are effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO270001 (preferred).
• Technical knowledge of network infrastructure, ICS/OT, and security tools (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP program and drive process improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce CIP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage the compliance task calendar across teams and ensure timely deliverables.
