Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead and mature the NERC CIP compliance program across the organization. The role focuses on monitoring, internal reviews, evidence quality, and regulatory reporting with guidance from the Senior Program Manager, CIP Compliance.

The position requires extensive experience with NERC CIP, auditing, and governance. You will mentor peers, drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, cybersecurity, and operations, and deliver audit-ready

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance and ownership of initiatives.
Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; audit/self-certification experience.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of policies, procedures, and controls aligned with CIP requirements.
Manage the compliance task calendar and ensure timely completion of deliverables across teams.
