Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, own audits, and drive evidence-based compliance across IT, OT, and cybersecurity teams. You will mentor analysts and coordinate with leadership on risk and regulatory submissions.

The role demands deep CIP knowledge, independent initiative, and strong communication skills to ensure audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; audits and self-certifications.
• Ability to work independently and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO270001 (preferred).
• Technical knowledge of network infrastructure, ICS/OT, and security tools (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive improvements.
• Lead development, maintenance, and execution of CIP-aligned policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage compliance task calendar and ensure timely deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, self-certifications, and spot checks.
• Establish evidence standards and conduct quality reviews of evidence.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning to closure.
• Design evidence-gathering strategies and support regulatory submissions.
• Design and present program metrics for management reviews.
• Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, OCC IT & Operators, and other teams; respond to inquiries.
• Deliver CIP training and raise security awareness across the organization.
• Maintain records and serve as administrator for CIP compliance platforms.
