Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead and mature the NERC CIP compliance program across the organization. You will own monitoring, internal reviews, evidence quality, and regulatory reporting as a subject matter expert, mentoring fellow analysts.

In this role you will drive risk assessments, coordinate audits, and ensure CIP alignment with enterprise cybersecurity posture, reporting to the Senior Program Manager for CIP Compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance, leading or supporting audits and self-certification.
• Ability to work independently, own initiatives end to end, and mentor peers.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for CIP program activities.
• Familiarity with applicable security standards (SOX, NIST, ISO27001) preferred.
• Technical knowledge of IT/OT networks and ICS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Lead development, maintenance, and execution of CIP-aligned policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage the compliance task calendar and ensure timely deliverables across teams.
