Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, driving policy, evidence management, and regulatory reporting with a strong focus on audit readiness.

You will mentor analysts, coordinate with IT, Cybersecurity, and operations, and own the end-to-end CIP initiatives to strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture across nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance and ownership of compliance activities.
• Deep working knowledge of NERC CIP standards, and experience leading audits/self-certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program.
• Lead development, maintenance, and execution of CIP-aligned policies and controls.
• Manage the compliance task calendar and accountability across teams.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, self-certifications, and spot checks.
• Establish evidence standards and review evidence quality.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning.
• Design evidence-gathering strategies for regulator readiness.
• Develop and deliver CIP compliance training for staff.
• Serve as advisor to IT, Cybersecurity, and operations teams on CIP requirements.
• Research and recommend tools to improve monitoring and scalability.
