Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance and ownership of compliance activities.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO27001, or other security standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Lead development, maintenance, and execution of CIP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Coordinate audits, self-certifications, and spot checks; maintain evidence standards and drive remediation to closure.
• Design evidence-gathering strategies to ensure audit-ready documentation.
