SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the ongoing NERC CIP compliance program.

This role will own monitoring, documentation quality, and audit reporting, acting as a subject matter expert and mentor to analysts across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, CIP Compliance, the successful candidate will drive remediation, coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, and promote CIP awareness across IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years with NERC CIP compliance and ownership of initiatives.
• Understanding of CIP standards, audits, and self-certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program.
• Lead development and maintenance of CIP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage compliance calendar and drive timely deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, self-certifications, and spot checks.
• Lead risk assessments, remediation planning, and evidence quality reviews.
• Design evidence-gathering strategies and ensure audit-readiness.
