Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, advancing compliance maturity across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership of compliance activities and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own daily administration of the NERC CIP program and drive improvements.
• Lead development and maintenance of CIP policies, procedures, controls.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, self-certifications, and evidence gathering.
• Design evidence strategies and ensure audit readiness and regulator submissions.
• Mentor analysts and onboard new CIP team members.
• Report program performance and emerging CIP risks to leadership.
