Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, ensuring robust compliance monitoring, audits, and regulatory reporting across the organization.

You will mentor analysts, drive remediation, and collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and operations teams to strengthen cybersecurity posture. The role emphasizes independent ownership of CIP processes, policy development, evidence gathering, and regulatory readiness, with key focus on risk assessment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, information security, or cybersecurity.
• 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance and ownership of compliance activities.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; experience with audits/self-certifications.
• Ability to work independently, own initiatives end to end, and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO 27001 or similar security standards (preferred).
• Technical knowledge of IT/network infrastructure and OT/ICS environments (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to prepare clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Lead development, maintenance, and execution of CIP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage the compliance task calendar and hold owners accountable for deliverables.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, self-certifications, and spot checks.
• Establish evidence standards and review evidence prepared by analysts.
• Lead risk assessments, gaps, remediation, and closure efforts.
