Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the ongoing NERC CIP program, owning monitoring, documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting under the Senior Program Manager CIP Compliance.

This role acts as SME, mentoring analysts, driving remediation, and collaborating with IT, cybersecurity, operations, and regulators to ensure CIP obligations are met and the program scales with company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance.
• Experience leading audits and self-certifications.
• Ability to mentor peers and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and execute CIP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage the compliance task calendar and ensure timely deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, self-certifications, and spot checks.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning to closure.
• Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and operations teams to translate CIP requirements into action.
• Develop and deliver CIP training and awareness programs.
• Maintain documentation and evidence to audit-ready standards.
