Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead and mature the NERC CIP program across the organization. You will own monitoring, documentation quality, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting, mentoring analysts while driving remediation and governance.

The role requires deep CIP knowledge, audit experience, and the ability to work with IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure compliance posture aligns with CIP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of NERC CIP compliance experience and demonstrated ownership of activities.
• Ability to work independently and mentor peers; strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP program and drive process improvements.
• Lead development and maintenance of CIP-aligned policies, procedures and controls.
• Coordinate audits, self-certifications, and evidence reviews with stakeholders.
• Design evidence gathering and reporting for regulatory submissions and audits.
• Mentor analysts and onboard new CIP team members.
