Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, ensuring ongoing compliance, evidence quality, and regulatory reporting.

The role operates with independence under the Senior Program Manager, CIP Compliance, and mentors analysts while coordinating with IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams. The analyst will own audits, self-certifications, risk assessments, and remediation efforts, driving continuous improvement across the CIP program and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, InfoSec, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in NERC CIP compliance; ownership of initiatives required.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; audit experience.
• Ability to work independently, own initiatives end to end, mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO27001 (preferred).
• Technical knowledge of network infra, ICS/OT, and security tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of the CIP program and drive process improvements.
• Lead development and maintenance of CIP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage compliance calendars and ensure timely deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate audits, self-certifications, and spot checks.
• Establish evidence standards and perform quality reviews of evidence.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning to closure.
• Design evidence-gathering strategies aligned with CIP evidentiary standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to analysts on CIP requirements.
