Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the ongoing NERC CIP program, ensuring policy adherence, evidence standards, and audit readiness.

The role involves mentoring analysts, coordinating audits, and driving remediation activities with cross-functional teams. You will oversee compliance monitoring, documentation quality, and regulatory reporting, reporting to the Senior Program Manager CIP Compliance, and translating CIP requirements into actionable guidance for IT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, own initiatives end to end, and mentor or informally lead peers.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain CIP policies, procedures, and controls; manage the compliance task calendar.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, self-certifications, and spot checks; ensure evidence standards and audit readiness.
