Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the ongoing implementation and maturation of our NERC CIP compliance program. You will own compliance monitoring, documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting, acting as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior staff.

Work with IT, Cybersecurity, and operations teams to translate CIP requirements into actionable controls, drive continuous improvement, and ensure audit readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
