Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the ongoing implementation, maturation, and maintenance of the NERC CIP compliance program across the organization.

This role will own compliance monitoring, document quality, and audit/reporting activities with high autonomy under the Senior Program Manager, CIP Compliance. The Senior Analyst will mentor analysts, drive end-to-end initiatives, and ensure adherence to CIP standards while strengthening the company's

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in NERC CIP compliance with ownership of activities.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; experience with audits.
• Ability to work independently and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO27001 or similar standards (preferred).
• Technical knowledge of IT/OT networks and security tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and execute CIP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage the compliance task calendar and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
