Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead and mature the company’s NERC CIP program, owning compliance monitoring, documentation quality, and audit reporting with a high degree of autonomy.

You will guide policy development, evidence standards, and remediation planning while coordinating with IT, Cybersecurity, OCC IT & Operators, and other stakeholders to ensure CIP readiness and regulatory compliance across projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently, own initiatives end to end, and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO27001, or other standards (preferred).
• Technical knowledge of network infrastructure, ICS/OT, and security tools (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program.
• Develop, maintain, and execute CIP-aligned policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage the compliance task calendar and drive timely deliverables.
