Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead and mature its NERC CIP compliance program. You will own monitoring, documentation, and audit activities, serving as a SME and mentor to analysts while driving improvements and regulator-ready evidence across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure CIP obligations are understood and implemented, with a focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance and ownership of initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; experience with audit/self-certification activities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP program and drive process improvements.
• Lead development and maintenance of CIP-aligned policies, procedures, and controls.
• Coordinate audits, self-certifications, and spot checks; establish evidence standards and perform quality reviews.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning with stakeholders.
• Design evidence-gathering strategies and ensure regulatory submission readiness.
• Provide training on CIP compliance and security awareness.
• Mentor analysts and onboard new team members.
