Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, driving maturation, documentation quality, and regulatory reporting under the Senior Program Manager, CIP Compliance.

The role requires owning the compliance task calendar, coordinating audits, and mentoring analysts to strengthen CIP adherence across the organization. The analyst will collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, OCC IT & Operators, physical security, and other teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, cybersecurity or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance and ownership of initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory frameworks; audit experience.
• Ability to work independently and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO27001 or similar standards.
• Technical knowledge of network infrastructure, ICS/OT, and security tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP program and drive improvements.
• Lead development, maintenance, and execution of CIP policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage the compliance task calendar and deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, self-certifications, and spot checks.
• Establish evidence standards and perform quality reviews of evidence.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning.
• Conduct SME interviews to elicit evidence and assess control effectiveness.
• Design and execute evidence gathering strategies for regulatory submissions or audits.
• Maintain compliance metrics and program reporting.
