SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a Senior CIP Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC CIP program, ensuring adherence across audits, evidence quality, and regulatory reporting.

You will operate with autonomy under the Senior Program Manager, CIP Compliance, and mentor fellow analysts to strengthen CIP controls. The role covers risk assessments, remediation planning, and coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries while partnering with IT, cybersecurity, OCC IT & Operators, and other teams to advance CIP

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with NERC CIP compliance and leading or supporting audits.
• Ability to work independently, own initiatives end to end, and mentor peers.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST, ISO27001, or related standards preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the day-to-day administration of the NERC CIP compliance program and drive process improvements.
• Lead the development and maintenance of CIP-aligned policies, procedures, and controls.
• Coordinate audits, self-certifications, and evidence collection with stakeholders.
• Design evidence-gathering strategies and ensure audit readiness and documentation quality.
• Provide leadership updates on program performance and risks.
