Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Multifamily to own our largest multi-location deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. This is an individual contributor seat with no direct reports.

As the role focuses on multifamily portfolios, you will close high-value deals, manage long consultative cycles, and expand to additional locations, working with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Experience selling to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners and multi-location stakeholders across portfolios.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build winning proposals.
