Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Multifamily to own our largest multi-location deals, from first meetings with ownership to signed contracts. This is an individual-contributor role focused on strategic, multi-location portfolios across the US and Canada.

Your time will be spent closing high-value opportunities with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, guided by inbound and our sales development team.

Qualifikationen

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing over managing people.

• Manage full deal cycle on large accounts: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand to more locations and services after signings.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
