Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a heavy emphasis on closing high-value opportunities across multiple locations.

You will manage the full sales cycle, interfacing with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders. Expect a strategic, long-cycle process with a focus on expanding to additional locations and services after each win.

Competenze

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual deals in multi-location or enterprise segments.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing business over people management.

• Own the full sales cycle on large, multi-location deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
