Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven VP of Sales for Multifamily to lead the closing of large, multi-location deals across the US and Canada. You will own the full cycle from discovery through contract, working with ownership and regional operators to finalize strategic agreements.

In this role, you will manage high-stakes negotiations for portfolios, expand to additional locations, and collaborate with strategists to craft proposals that win multi-location opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven history of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or agencies serving multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Prefer closing business over team management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large, multi-location deals from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders.
• Expand portfolios by adding locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists to craft compelling proposals for key deals.
