Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This remote role targets multifamily owners and property management groups with extensive portfolios across the USA and Canada, carrying a $2M annual quota.

You will manage the full cycle on multi-location accounts, with inbound and SDR support, closing complex, high-value sales across locations.

Formación

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers in agency/marketing services.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsabilidades

• Own full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: add locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft compelling proposals.
