Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on strategic, high-value portfolios across the USA and Canada.

You will close multi-location enterprise accounts with a $2M annual quota, supported by a sales development team and inbound leads but remaining hands-on through discovery, proposals, negotiation and closure over 3 to 12

Formación

• Experience closing $1M+ annually on large enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• No direct reports; individual contributor role.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a sign.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
