Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Multifamily to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on closing strategic, multi-location accounts across the US and Canada.

You will manage full-cycle deals, collaborating with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and drive expansion across locations and services as groups sign on.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Experience with long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing business over building or managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signings.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for the key deals.
