Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Multifamily to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This remote role, focused on USA or Canada, carries a $2M annual quota across a select portfolio.

You will close complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities without direct reports, expanding winnings into additional locations. The role emphasizes end-to-end deal ownership, strategic alignment with owners and operators, and expansion through added services

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ annual deals in large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Ability manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Preference for closing revenue over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own full deal cycle from discovery to close on multi-location accounts.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in negotiations.
• Expand deals to add more locations and services after closing.
• Collaborate with strategists to craft proposals for high-value targets.
