Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Multifamily to own strategic, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. One win can cover multiple locations, with a focus on large portfolios and complex stakeholder maps.

You will close high-value deals remotely for US/Canada markets, collaborating with inbound leads and a small sales development function. This is an individual contributor role with a heavy emphasis on closing.

Qualifications

• Closing 1M+ year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, 3–12 months.
• Deal with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expansion: add locations and services after a group signs.
• Proposals built with strategists and leadership for key deals.
