Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking a highly skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to join our team, specializing in delivering top-tier IT support for small to medium-sized businesses. The role focuses on servers, networks, virtualization, and cloud platforms with an emphasis on security and reliability.

You will interact with clients, lead projects, mentor junior staff, and participate in on-call and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT support with 5+ years in Level 3 or senior technician role.
• MSP experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant certifications.
• Strong Windows and Linux server management, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with RMM and ticketing systems (NinjaRMM, Autotask PSA, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to document and standardize processes.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate with vendors to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support for servers, networks, and software applications.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions with security and performance.
• Perform system maintenance, patch management, backups, and monitoring.
• Maintain strong client relationships and understand client needs to suggest solutions.
• Lead IT projects, migrations, and deployments, coordinating with vendors.
• Create and maintain documentation for client environments and configurations.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians; provide training to improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide on-call support including after-hours and weekend availability.
