Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking a highly skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to join our team. You will deliver advanced IT support for SMB clients, overseeing servers, networks, and applications with a focus on security and reliability.

Responsibilities include project leadership, migrations, and documentation, plus mentoring junior staff. The role requires onsite and remote work, occasional travel, and after-hours support. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in IT support with senior technician experience.
• MSP experience preferred; BS in IT/CS or related field preferred with certs as a plus.
• Strong Windows and Linux server knowledge with virtualization and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software.
• Design, implement, and manage network solutions with security focus.
• Perform maintenance, patching, backups, and monitoring of client systems.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and propose tech solutions.
• Lead IT projects including migrations, installs, and deployments.
• Create and maintain detailed client documentation and diagrams.
• Mentor Level 1/2 techs and conduct training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide on‑call emergency support including after-hours/weekends
