Job summary

TeamLogic IT seeks an experienced MSP Level 3 Technician to join our team, delivering top-tier IT support for SMB clients. You will handle advanced technical issues, design and manage networks, perform system maintenance, and lead projects with internal teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate has extensive Windows/Linux server experience, virtualization, cloud skills, and strong customer service. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

8+ years in IT support, including 5+ years in Level 3 or senior technician role.
Bachelor's degree in IT/CS preferred; relevant certifications welcomed (e.g., Network+, Security+, CCNA).
Experience with Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Proficient with RMM and ticketing tools (NinjaRMM, Autotask PSA, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Strong documentation, project management, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software applications.
Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions for client environments.
Perform maintenance, patches, backups, and monitoring to ensure security and compliance.
Lead IT projects, coordinate with vendors, and manage migrations and deployments.
Create and maintain detailed client environment documentation.
