TeamLogic IT is seeking a seasoned MSP Level 2 Technician to join our IT team, delivering advanced technical support to small and mid-sized businesses. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, manage client networks, and address complex issues with security and uptime in mind.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, documentation, and collaboration with Level 1 staff. Onsite and remote work are available, with occasional travel to client sites and after-hours support

Qualifications

3–5 years experience in MSP or similar IT support role.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred; certifications welcome.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support to clients, install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Respond to escalated tickets promptly to minimize client downtime.
Manage client networks including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless APs.
Implement security solutions and conduct regular security audits.
