Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT support with 2 years in Level 3/senior role.
• MSP experience preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications such as Network+, Security+, Azure Administrator or CCNA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software.
• Design and manage secure network solutions for clients.
• Perform server/system maintenance, patches, backup, and monitoring.
• Maintain client relationships with professional, timely support.
• Lead IT projects including migrations, installs, and deployments.
• Create and maintain documentation for client environments.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and conduct training.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide on-call emergency support, including after-hours.
