Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in IT support, including 2 years as a Level 3 technician.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
- Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for IT systems.
- Design and manage network solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for junior technicians.
- Lead IT projects including system migrations.
