TeamLogic IT seeks a highly skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to join our team, providing top-tier IT support to Small to Medium-sized businesses. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for exceptional customer service in a dynamic IT environment.

The role covers on-site, in-office, and remote work with occasional client travel. A senior IT professional with Windows/Linux, virtualization, cloud platforms, and solid certifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, Level 3 or senior role.
• Bachelor's or technical IT degree preferred; certifications a plus.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support for a variety of IT systems.
• Network Management: Design, implement, manage, and monitor network solutions for clients.
• System Administration: Maintain and upgrade client systems.
• Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships with professional support.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects and coordinate with teams/vendors.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed client documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure systems meet data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
• Emergency Support: Provide on-call support for critical issues.
