Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking an experienced MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver high-end IT support for SMB clients. The role covers servers, networks, and software with emphasis on problem-solving, documentation, and client satisfaction.

You will mentor junior staff, manage projects, and ensure compliance with security standards. Flexibility for after-hours support and travel may be required to meet client deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in IT support, including 2 years in a Level 3 or senior technician role.
• MSP experience preferred; a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred, with relevant certifications.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Solid networking knowledge, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices; experience with monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software applications, escalating to Level 1/2 as needed.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions; monitor performance and security.
• Perform regular maintenance, patching, backups, recovery, and system monitoring for client environments.
• Lead IT projects including migrations, network installations, and software deployments; coordinate with vendors.
• Document client environments with diagrams, configurations, and procedures; ensure accuracy.
