TeamLogic IT is seeking a highly skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver advanced IT support for small to mid-sized businesses. The role emphasizes servers, networks, security, and project leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset, with flexibility for after-hours support and travel as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support with Level 3 or senior technician experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certifications are a plus.
• Strong Windows/Linux server, virtualization, and cloud skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software.
• Design, implement, and manage robust client networks and security.
• Administer patch management, backups, and system monitoring.
• Lead projects, migrations, and deployments; coordinate with vendors.
• Create detailed client documentation and procedures.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide on-call support and after-hours coverage as needed.
