Job summary

TeamLogic IT, Mt Pleasant, SC, seeks a skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver high‑level IT support for SMB clients. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, manage networks, and lead projects from migrations to deployments.

Responsibilities include system administration, documentation, and mentoring junior staff. A mix of on‑site and remote work with travel to client sites is expected, along with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT support, 2+ years at Level 3 or senior technician.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant IT certifications are a plus.
• Strong Windows/Linux server, virtualization, and cloud platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and applications.
• Design, implement, and manage networks with focus on security and performance.
• Perform system administration, patching, backups, and monitoring.
