Job summary

TeamLogic IT in Redwood City seeks a skilled MSP Level 3 Technician to deliver advanced IT support for small to medium businesses. You will handle servers, networks, cloud platforms, and security while guiding junior staff and coordinating projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, including 2+ years in Level 3 or senior technician role.
• MSP experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in IT/CS preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software applications; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from Level 1 and 2.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions; monitor performance and ensure security for clients.
• Perform regular maintenance, patching, backups, and monitoring; ensure systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships; understand needs and recommend technology solutions to improve operations.
• Lead IT projects: migrations, installations, deployments; coordinate with teams and vendors for delivery.
• Create and update detailed documentation: diagrams, configurations, troubleshooting steps; ensure accuracy.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians; conduct training to improve service quality.
• Ensure client systems comply with data privacy and cybersecurity requirements; conduct audits.
